They could be a little tricky with the pricing in the service department know your pricing and no your materials and keep a eye and ask questions about your service being performed. I felt Steven was playing games with me in the service department area. So I decide to take my business elsewhere.
Worst experience ever brought 2020 Sonata Hybrid in because couldn’t get into car without having to use key to open hidden key access. After being able to start car with key fob against start button was able to bring in for service waited almost a month to get back same problem two weeks latter. Dealer had car for almost 4 months waiting for 12 volt battery. We got back car and traded it in for a different car manufacturer. Will never buy another Hyundai. Car had 27000 miles on it.
I worked with Billy on the purchase of our 2016 Ford Explorer. I drove about 2 1/2 hours to test drive and purchase the vehicle. Prior to going to the dealership, I was talking with Billy via phone call and text. Billy was very responsive and was very honest about the overall condition of the vehicle. We have had nothing but issues with this dealership. I will start with the car itself. We are having starter issues as well as stalling issues with our 2023 Santa Fe that we purchased new in April 2023. We have had the car to service twice with no resolve. Brown’s is a gold standard Dealership! We have a 2008 Sante Fe Limited with 60,000 miles on it that we bought from Browns new in 2008. Not only is it the most trouble free car that we ever owned, the few service appts. we had were made with overwhelming pleasure due to the repairs achieving original new car levels. Their service associates are beyond reproach, singularly Jonathon is an all-star representative of first class service!
Great service, except they replaced the wrong brake light. But what a waste of money and potential for coffee machine. They don’t add milk or chocolate to the machine, just water. So when you press “shot of milk” out comes water instead.
Alix was awesome! Got me in and out quickly and took care of me and my family. Kept me updated a long the way and was super helpful in getting body work done. So thankful she was there to help with the issue.
I previously left a less than stellar review of the dealership, but after the service manager contacted me and we discussed the issue, I decided to change my review.
I had two issues with my car that fell under a TSB. Stephen notified me that one of my issues was just outside the warranty but he'd ask Hyundai to make an exception. Thankfully, they did. He kept me in the loop during the entire process, was courteous and professional, and ensured my car was ready as promised.
Victor Villatoro is an exceptional sales consultant. From the beginning of the process to the end, he was clear and straight to the point. He valued my time. Did not try to oversell me. He listened to what I wanted, worked with dealership management to meet my needs and was proactive in his communication. He was great to work with.
My inverter cooling light randomly would come on, so I took my 2021 Hyndai Santa Fe in for repair 4 times to Safford, Brown Hyundai, and was told it couldn't be fixed unless the light was actually on. There was a service bulletin published about this issue, but apparently, their service team denied that. So I took it a different Hyundaii dealer in Woodbridge. There service tech knew about the issue and had the TSB, and fixed the issue within the hour.
Fantastic dealership. It took months, but they helped my track down my 2024 Hyundai Elantra N when no other dealership could. (From Pennsylvania to North Carolina) From the 1st call, Salesman Arkeem Dennis said he would find one, and he did. In the color I wanted with all the options I wanted. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience as follow:
1- Female service receptionist was not helpful. She did not even bother to see my car records. When I asked for supervisor she did not call him/her.
2- Coffee machine was not working. No snacks were provided. Refrigerator was completely empty.

Bought a 2014 Ram 1500 December 28, 2022. On the way home the tire pressure light came on and called the salesman and he said to bring it back. Was going to bring truck back on December 30. After doing our research we drove to SBH and Arkeem had the vehicle we had inquired about up front and ready to inspect. We waffled on the color, ultimately settling on a different vehicle. Arkeem and his management team honored their original offer even though it was a different car. From the time we walked into the dealership, the entire team pulled together and the car prepped, we got financed, tagged, titled, and out the door in under three hours - with every promise kept!
